Users and partners can view and edit their information at any time. They may also contact GoToMakeover via email or support chat to delete their information. Any issues raised by users or partners are resolved within 24 hours by our support team.

Users and partners must review and accept updated policies to continue using the service. If they do not agree, they may deactivate their accounts and discontinue the services.

Personal Information: Name, mobile number, email address, identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Shop Licence, etc.), business name, address and license documents.
Service Information: Service list, packages, pricing and offers of your outlet, images and logos that you upload.
Usage Data: Booking and customer interaction data.
With Customers: Only necessary information (outlet name, address, service list, pricing) will be shown to customers for booking.
With Third Parties: We do not sell personal information. We may safely share information with authorized partners/service providers for cloud storage and legal compliance.
Legal Compliance: If ordered by government authorities or courts, we may share information as per the law.
We use encryption, firewalls, and secure servers to keep your information safe. Your password and details are stored securely, and no sensitive information is shared without SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection.
Your data will be retained as long as you are our partner. If you delete your account, your data will be kept for a limited period (e.g., 90 days) to resolve any legal or financial disputes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
